Live online one-on-one personal training with our PROs. We can help you best if you are the type of person who 1. has a lot on their plate and is unable and doesn’t have time to get to the gym but want to work out regularly and effectively. Requires someone who can push, coach in your direction, encourage and motivate your 3. Doesn’t know where or where to start on your fitness journey? I have tried over 100 fitness programs and videos, and I know it doesn’t work with only precise feedback. I have attempted personal training and loved it. However, paying $70-140 for each 60-minute session is expensive. If you’re among the above and looking for a place to stay, you’re at the right home.

Exactly What I Was Looking for in a Yoga Class
Swatiās yoga sessions are calm, well-paced, and easy to follow. She explains the poses clearly and pays close attention to form and detail, which really makes a difference. I always leave the class feeling both physically stretched and mentally relaxed. Iām looking forward to continuing and learning more from her. Highly recommend.
Perfect for New Moms Needing Flexibility
I started training with Mywowfit after becoming a new mom, since itās hard for me to leave the house or stick to a fixed schedule. Eileen, my yoga trainer, has been greatāpatient and really understands postnatal needs. Being able to work out from home has made a big difference, and Iāve already noticed more energy.
Smooth Renewal
I received clear instructions on how to renew my package, but PayPal was no longer an option, which was inconvenient. I used my credit card instead and am now waiting for the statement to see the exact charge. On a positive note, I really enjoy working with my gym coach ā we have a great rapport. Thanks.
Easy Booking and Helpful Staff
Booking sessions is simple, and thereās good availability if you plan ahead. There are several trainers, so itās about finding the one that fits you best. The staff was helpful and gave me all the info I needed. Iād recommend it as a solid addition to your regular workout routine.
Great Experience But Needs Changes
Iām enjoying the training so far and have a great connection with my personal trainer, Thelma. I highly recommend her. A couple of suggestions for the platform: Add more payment options, like PayPal. Provide trainers with a Pro Zoom license to avoid interruptions during workouts.

My daughter has had a great experience with her online fitness trainer, Shashi. Sheās patient, kind, and excellent with shy kids. Shashi creates a supportive environment that keeps my daughter motivated and focused on her fitness goals. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a positive and effective trainer for their child.
Training with Shashi has been an incredible experience. She really takes the time to understand what works best for me, tailoring each session to my goals and keeping things fresh with creative and effective workouts. It honestly feels like she's right there with me, guiding me through every stepāwhether it's improving technique or staying motivated. I also really appreciate the flexibility of being able to train from home or at the gym, depending on my schedule. Way more convenient than traditional in-person training. If you're looking for a coach who's both results-focused and genuinely supportive, I can't recommend Shashi enough.

It is easy to schedule sessions
It is easy to schedule sessions and has excellent availability if you make reservations ahead. There are many trainers available, it's your job to find which one is right for you. The personnel is helpful and provided me with all the info I required. I would definitely recommend this program for combining with your regular exercise routine!
Unprofessional, trainer called off an hour 45 minutes before the scheduled time. There are plans to be made and obligations and the trainer withdrawing at on the spur of the moment doesn't help. Defo will not be using them or recommend them to anyone else.
an unprofessional attitude
The teacher was able to get an unprofessional attitude towards me for being unable to attend class. However, I was charged as an absentee. However, the instructor advised me to purchase these devices and laptops so she could view me more clearly, which I took. It's now in vain, and I don't have any alternative yoga instructor. It's just a few costs and frustrations about the whole experience. I believe that teachers also teach a lot of classes. My class could sleep when I was trying to master the subject! Perhaps I wasn't an ideal student, but I didn't deserve this treatment.
