How can I delete my complaint?

Our policy regarding the removal of complaints is as follows:

1. Complaints will only be removed if an officially signed court order is received.

2. Complaints that do not violate our Complaint Guidelines will not be removed.

3. In certain cases, compromise solutions may be considered.

4. If your complaint has been resolved or if you have changed your opinion about the business, we might able to mark is as a resolved, nothing more than that.

5. If your review contains personal information, you can request its editing by contacting us from the same email address used to file the complaint. Please specify the exact information you want to be edited using the following format:

Correct request: “Please remove the following from my complaint: [Personal Information]”

Incorrect request: “Please remove my home address, my name, my phone number”

Please note that requests not adhering to the specified format will not be considered.

I’m having trouble logging in or I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

As we do not have a login and sign-up system, you do not need to worry about logging in or resetting your password.

How can I change my email address?

To change your email address, please send us an email at help @ bigscam. org, providing the new email address you wish to use.

Ensure that you contact us from the same email address used to sign up.

I received a direct message from a company. What does it mean?

Receiving a direct message from a company typically indicates that they want to obtain specific information regarding your complaint and offer their assistance.

We recommend not ignoring their requests.

What happens if I don’t reply to the company?

Replying to the company is entirely at your discretion. However, if the company does not receive a response from you within 7 days after providing their official response, the complaint will be automatically marked as resolved and will not be reinstated in case you change your mind.

Moreover, submitting a complaint on our website is intended to capture the company’s attention, so we encourage you not to ignore their desire to assist you.

How can I remove my personal account?

Please note that removing your account from Big Scam will result in the deletion of all your personal information from our system. However, complaints and comments will remain. Your nickname will be replaced by the default nickname we use for deleted accounts, which is “ghost”.

If your complaint contains personal information or pictures that you do not want publicly posted, please contact us from the same email address used to file the complaint and specify the exact information you would like to be edited using the following format:
