SCAM Report
It's an SCAM business; it was advertised as a beautiful wind chime, but delivered garbage that ought to be removed. The company was charged more than $57 for this item.
Strange Package
I've never ever heard of PS Lightweight, never ordered something, but why I was sent a headset that is wireless ?!?!?! Wasn't sure about how they obtained my personal information and what they were sending me. this product that does not give me any comfort whatsoever. What else could they have access to my information and how did they obtain it from and what can I do to get it off my hands? Are there any ideas?
It Is Scam From China
I purchased 3 pallets at three different prices. I received a tiny package with 3 items inside it. I have contacted them several times to inquire when the rest of the things would arrive. There was no response. I decided to look up for the address and found it was the Rosemont, CA address. I spent 133.84 bucks. I contacted my credit card provider and I'm contesting the cost of the two credit cards I've never received. It took longer than necessary to wait for my "pallets" to arrive. If you come across a wholesaler offering Amazon pallets, don't buy. This is a fraud. I ought to have been aware. The tracking data indicated that the package was shipped from China. What is the reason my parcel "pallet" come from CA and, according to tracking, has never been delivered to CA? Tracking the shipment is China.
Don't Purchased from PS LIGHTWEIGHT
Two packages arrived from PS Lightweight with the similar tracking numbers for both. The first package contained 2 Sutera exfoliating towels that I purchased and paid for using Amex. Another package included cheap swimming suits I've not seen, purchased, or purchased. The address of return for both is Forest Park, IL. But, the money to purchase the towels was transferred the account of EJMSleepSutera 949-561-1019 CA. Maybe this difference will aid anyone trying to recuperate losses incurred by this scam.
No Instructions Nor Invoice
The product was described as "Golf club restorer". Received a tiny tube of cream for auto scratch repair. The packaging was all made in Chinese and there were no instructions nor an the invoice. Shipped by PS Lightweight. Cost $25.
Unreliable customer support
I purchased a pair of Clarke shoes but received an unreliable pair badly constructed, and smelly of glue shoes that do not in any way resemble Clarke shoes. Have tried to contact their customer support (see images) via the contact card included within the item and I we haven't heard any response. A scam and a huge ripoff. I have contacted my credit card provider for the possibility of a reimbursement. Perhaps I'll get one.
