Fraud And Thives
I've been a member of BigOs for approximately an entire year. Four times, they have tried to refuse me payment. The last straw came today telling me I had to add the number of platforms on my the cash note. They are now keeping my cash. 20 bucks well spent. I am a player for $120 per week. Now I can make savings.
Doing Great!
I've been using BigO's for the past year and a half. I must be fair to them where credit is due. There is certainly some delay in the payment process but it is important to realize they're doing their best they can. This is like saying if you're in your position, do you expect to allow every person in the register? No your not. There certain times and individuals that make the payments . It could be the older employees are trustworthy, but it's true it...not all employees in the workplace can be trusted 100 percent of the all the time. They're running a company and during the time I've used them, they've never called me to remove my name from their database and have never refunded my contribution, nine percent of the time, my contribution is added quickly as well as correctly. They I have been paid every time I've asked to cash out. Did you know how many people they have on their roster? When I last checked, there was around 3,500 members. This is quite a bit when compared with the small number of employees who are identified through their money tag. They must deal with us all and those who like to play the game while they try to make it through their day. Yes, they do change their cash tags frequently only when they have reached the maximum amount permitted to be inserted into a tag every week. It's probably $7500 per week. We could end up forced to visit illicit gamerooms in the hope that we won't become the victim of an investigation and who knows how much else it might cause. Therefore, let's be kind and patient with those who are trying to perform their duties.
Not Professional
They're quick to accept your money and then load credits into the games of your preference. But when it's time to redeem, they're by far the most inefficient company I've worked with. Each time, no matter how much or $50, there is every time there's a delay. Always. They will always give the same general reply (or they simply leave you hanging and do not make any response) concerning high redemption demands and placing you on the line to get your money, only to send it after hours or days, they'll send it following a request for the issue again. They're quick to reply to a message asking for your present cash tag so that you can deposit funds, but not responding to another person who is asking to redeem. I've had this happen to my husband on numerous occasions that I've decided to gamble whatsoever using their services. It was a habit I had before however, after seeing the lack of professionalism they display in regards to winning money and requesting your cash I decided to stop and find an alternative to play with that is never faced with an issue with being able to have enough funds to make people cash out. Yet, for no reason whatsoever, my husband keeps playing regularly with them and continues to experience the same problems each time he attempts to cash out. After more than 10 years of they've ignored, resisted or delayed redeeming the money for him, I thought it was time to share my experience to let people know that there are hundreds of other people who run the exact same company using similar games competent of paying you without creating a hassle the way these guys do. There are fraudsters and Big Os can pay you... at some point... however there are more trustworthy people to gamble with. Conduct some investigation and put your money somewhere else until Big Os is able to put it all together.
Terrible Business
Big O's is in the business of defrauding customers! I was deported after getting my VoIP number changed two times . I was in need of help regarding an amount I gave but was not accepted after 5 hours of waiting. I was told that I had been banned, and that my money was declared VOID. WTH?! THEY ARE THEIVES. We're a very hard-working family who live living paycheck to paycheck. The possibility that they could expel people at any time and with an absurd reason is beyond the realm of business ethics. DO NOT PLAY HERE THEY ARE A SCAM. My money was also stolen because they had two tags as well as one that I sent to them said it wasn't from their. The money was never returned or put it on the account.. It's a sad company.
Big O's is in the business of swindling people! I was banned following being redirected to a different VoIP account two times . I required help for the money I had sent, but was not accepted after 5 hours of waiting. They told me I was a banned user and my money was declared VOID. WTH?! THEY ARE THEIVES. We're a hardworking family who live pay-to-pay. The reality that they are able to stop people from playing whenever and for the most absurd reasons is beyond the realm of business ethics. DO NOT PLAY HERE THEY ARE A SCAM. Also, I had my money taken due to the fact that they used two tags in addition to the one I gave to them said it wasn't from their. I didn't receive my money back and neither was it put into my bank account.. It's a terrible company
Not A SCAM Snitches!?
I share the sentiments of Nicole Tyler. The people who are in this situation need to live an existence and stop worrying about their actions. Don't get all over hurt. You have better things to do, other than get angry at the people who don't do anything wrong! The Big O's Social Club is just the most wonderful. Everybody has been friendly, courteous and polite. If you wanna complain email [email protected]?? No one would like to hear about this kind of nonsense or fake accusations regarding Big O's.
Scam Scam
The casino is an online one which steals money from players constantly by denying their accounts due to reasons that do not have merit. It's the second time they've done it. First time, they did not pay me $300, and then blocked my account.
