Feels Like a Scam
Placed an order and never got a confirmation email. When I checked the order status, it said it was received, but I hadnโt heard a word from them. I tried calling the listed number and it connected me to a travel agency. Looked up the business address, and their name wasnโt even on the building sign. I sent a cancellation notice. At this point, this company doesnโt seem legit.
Avoid This Site
Total scam. I got excited when I found this rare item thatโs sold out everywhere else, even by the manufacturer. When I didnโt get a confirmation email, I checked the confirmation number, and there was a record. But now, a few days later, Iโm reading all these bad reviews. No charges have been made yet, but they have my info, so Iโm canceling my card. I wish Iโd used a virtual card for situations like this.
Scammed
I purchased a Brita stream picture on their site and gave my name address telephone number and credit card information. I never received an email confirmation that the order went through. I attempted to email them twice and got no response and then proceeded to call the number that was provided on their site and it was an reservation booking number. I checked my credit card company to see if a charge was made and thus far there was no charge. But I am afraid that in a few months I might see fraudulent charges and I will know it's from this company. I don't feel this is a reputable company and feel I was scammed.
