Fake site
Like an idiot I ordered a tool without checking the site out, my fault. Their contact phone no. is for a hotel chain. Don't be dumb like me avoid them like the plague.
Unresponsive and Unreliable
Ordered a tool from XDCDepot.com and got an order confirmation with a number. That was the last I heard from them. No shipping update, no tracking, nothing. I emailed them—no response. Tried calling the phone number listed on the site, and it doesn’t even belong to them. Starting to think this site is a scam.
A Ghost Company
DO NOT BUY FROM XDC DEPOT! I placed an order and received “order received” on the web page but no email confirmation. I emailed their support twice with no response. Then I called their suppoer phone number (ending in 0770) to get a hotel reservation recording. So I sent another email to support to cancel my order due to lack of response. Surprise! No response from that either.
Avoid at All Costs
This site is a scam. They collect your credit card info but don’t provide any real service. When you call their "customer support," it connects to a travel hotline, and they hang up if you wait for an agent. I later found out they run a nearly identical site, piphardware.com, which is also fake — same issue, no real business behind the number. From now on, I’m calling support numbers before ordering from any site.
No Confirmation, Fake Contact Info
I placed an order and after 48 hours, I still hadn’t received any confirmation. When I checked the order status on their site, it just showed “Received order” with no updates. The receipt listed the item, cost, and free shipping—no taxes or other charges—which seemed odd. The phone number on their website (470-207-0770) doesn’t even go to the company—it connects to a hotel reservation line. That was the final red flag for me. I’ve reported my card as compromised and requested a new one. If you’ve shared your payment info with them, I’d suggest doing the same.
I placed an order but never received any confirmation email, which was already a bit concerning. When I tried tracking the order, it showed as received—but I still hadn’t heard anything from the company. I called the phone number listed, and strangely, it connected me to a travel service. Then I looked up the address, and while there was a business sign at the location, this company wasn’t listed anywhere on it. I ended up sending a cancellation notice. At this point, the whole thing feels like a scam.
Scam Warning
Scam. I feel so stupid—I was so excited to find this rare item, especially since even the manufacturer is sold out. I thought I had stumbled upon an incredible deal since they supposedly had some left in their warehouse. When I didn’t get a confirmation email, I checked my order using the confirmation number, and it did show up in their system. But now, after a few days and reading these reviews, I’m realizing the truth. No charges on my card yet, but they have my information—guess I’ll have to cancel my card.
Fraudulent Activity and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for a tool and received an acknowledgment with an order number. I waited for the tool to be shipped, but I never received any notification about the shipment. I tried contacting XDC Depot.com via email, but got no reply. I also attempted to reach them by phone, only to discover that the number didn't belong to XDC Depot—it was actually linked to a hotel chain. Based on this, I suspect that XDC Depot.com is being used to collect credit card numbers. Three months after placing my order, my credit card was fraudulently charged for several purchases I didn't authorize.
Don’t trust them,, it’s not exist company..
Just try to collect our informations for frauds..
Does home depot own xdc depot?
A lot of people were asking if Home Depot owned XDC Depot, but we know that Home Depot doesn't. Just take note of that before buying from xdc
Scam Scam
Scammer has numerous websites to promote and sell electronic devices that they do not deliver to customers.
Not Trustable
I visited the site, xdcdepot.com. I came across the site through my own research. I needed to purchase the outdoor snowman ornament for the holiday season. I placed the item into my shopping cart online. I put in my name, my home shipping address (phone #?) as well as my credit card number. I was able to click on Capcha several times. Every time, I got an error message saying that a fatal error was occurring. I picked the phone and dialed the number on the website at 477-807-0770. The message was recorded with a reference to an "Booking Company." xdcdepot.com isn't a reservation firm. They say they sell goods. It seems like possibly a scam website as they've gotten my address, name (phone number?) as well as my credit card number. I canceled that credit card immediately! If I ever get targeted through fraud, it might be a result of this site.
