Unprofessional Service
I found Simpliaxis to be highly unprofessional. The staff was inconsiderate of my privacy and time zone. I was promised a guaranteed session, but an hour before it was supposed to start, they canceled it. Then, they pushed me to join weekend sessions that ended close to midnight for me. The AI session was scheduled late at night, and I couldnโt attend because of work. They promise a lot but deliver very little. As for the training itself, if you're expecting a professional environment with meaningful discussions, youโll be disappointed. The session felt basic and rushed. While the Scrum Guide was covered well for the exam, there was little focus on industry practices.
Not Worth the Money
I took the April 21-24 class with Ram. He was friendly and repeated everything to help us remember, but unfortunately, the class didnโt offer much value. We had in-class assignments, but instead of reviewing them to see if we got them right, we just discussed the task in general terms. There were also some students who werenโt engaged, and if you ended up in a group with them, it was frustrating. They werenโt paying attention, but they still get the certification since thereโs no test, which makes the certificate feel less meaningful. I left the class with very little new knowledge. We didnโt spend enough time on the material, and without feedback, I donโt feel confident about what I learned. I donโt feel comfortable telling others I have this certification because I can't speak confidently about most of the material. I paid around $300, but even if I could take the same class for free, I wouldnโt. This was a seriously disappointing first experience with Simpliaxis.
Deceiving advertize!
I paid money for a course and it was a female instructor was on the shcedule and profile was shown as her. However, once the class started, it was totally person with thick accent and i had such a hard time to understand since i am not a native speaker. Not satisficed at all.
Great Instructor and Hands-On Learning
I was very satisfied with the Certified Scrum Product Owner course from Simpliaxis. The training was clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. The instructor brought real-world experience, which made the concepts more practical and easier to apply. The hands-on approach was especially helpful. Iโd definitely consider Simpliaxis again for future training.
Poor Follow-Up from Sales Team
My trainer, Rohit Arora, is excellent. His training methods are truly impressive and effective. However, my experience with the sales team at Simpliaxis was quite disappointing. Before I paid for the session, a person named Nagxxx reached out to explain the details and convince me to sign up. He assured me that the amount he mentioned was for the Premium plan. Based on his confirmation, I also asked about additional services like resume writing. Unfortunately, it's been five days, and I haven't received any positive response or follow-up regarding this. I would strongly recommend that anyone reading this double-check to ensure theyโll actually receive all the services that were confirmed.
Missed Expectations and Lack of Communication
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Simpliaxis. I signed up for a course specifically expecting to be taught by a particular instructor, but without any prior notice or explanation, they switched the trainer. The only communication I received was an email with onboarding details, where I noticed the instructorโs name was different. I had to reach out to Simpliaxis myself to get any clarification, which made it feel like they were hoping customers would just accept the change without being properly informed. Even after multiple follow-ups, I still didnโt get a clear explanation. The new instructor, unfortunately, didnโt seem fully prepared. He would frequently go off-topic, and at one point, even asked us to sign a document acknowledging that not all topics might be covered. To top it off, the activities during the two-day training felt completely irrelevant to the actual exam. I wasnโt there to write poems or engage in unrelated exercisesโthe activities should have been more focused on the exam material.
Unresponsive and Inefficient Customer Service
I had a highly frustrating experience with SimpliAxis's customer service. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated to me proactively, instead of me having to follow up multiple times. I sent several emails and attempted to contact support through their chatbot, which either disconnected randomly or only provided the support email. I was also expecting a call from their support team, but that never happened. This lack of response is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the European support number listed on their website is incorrect, making it even harder to get in touch with them. Their unprofessionalism and poor communication have made this process unnecessarily stressful. If you're considering their services, be aware that their customer support is unreliable and inefficient. I hope they improve, but as of now, I cannot recommend them.
