Unresolved Issues and Poor Support
Iโve found Spanel to be unstable. They offer an interface that doesnโt work properlyโlike how we use Spanel for email, and apparently, the certificate doesnโt renew automatically. When I reached out for support, they refused to fix the issue, insisting that I need to pay for advanced support. Iโm done with them and will be switching to cPanel instead. They clearly donโt understand the business plan. Itโs been a terrible experience.
