Unresolved Issues and Poor Support
I’ve found Spanel to be unstable. They offer an interface that doesn’t work properly—like how we use Spanel for email, and apparently, the certificate doesn’t renew automatically. When I reached out for support, they refused to fix the issue, insisting that I need to pay for advanced support. I’m done with them and will be switching to cPanel instead. They clearly don’t understand the business plan. It’s been a terrible experience.
