Quick Turnaround and Stress-Free Service
I found RL Labs by chance on Google and Iโm really glad I did. I was struggling with how to get nutrition labels for my sauce brand, but RL Labs made it easy and stress-free. The turnaround was quick, and now I feel ready to launch my product. Highly recommend them.
Helpful and Patient Support for Beginners
As someone new to this industry, I had a lot of questions. I reached out to several companies, but most seemed focused on making a quick sale rather than helping me understand. That wasnโt the case with RL Food Testing. Sharon took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and helped me learn what I needed to know. Her advice was more valuable than anything I found on my own or from other companies. Iโm glad I found RL Food Testing and look forward to working with them going forward.
Clear Communication and Fair Pricing
This was my first time sending a product to a lab for testing, and it went exactly as I hoped. Communication was clear from the first inquiry to the final results. The pricing was reasonable, and the analysis gave us the info we needed to move forward with product development. Iโll be using them again.
Unclear Pricing and Surprise Fees
Everything was fine until we were hit with an unexpected fee for a high-resolution image of the nutrition label we ordered. Since this file was the main reason for the testing, the surprise charge felt unnecessary and like a cash grab. Weโll likely look for a different lab next time.
Excellent Service
Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The experience was great, and Iโll definitely be using their services again in the future.
Many Inaccuracies In Measurements
There were many inaccuracies in the measurements, and I was blamed for them. For instance, the inability to convert to grams resulted in the added sugar level per serving being higher than the total sugar content in the entire bottle. The lab-tested value wasnโt even taken into account when generating the label. When I pointed out the error, everyone involved acknowledged the issue but insisted it was my fault for not converting the recipe to grams. They still required me to provide accurate conversions in order to resolve the problem.
