Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two items from this company, and it took over a month and a half for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was really disappointed with the quality. The sweater I ordered had no labels indicating what it was made from, and the material was too scratchy for me to wear. The pants and top I got were also made of an unknown material, and both were too small. The pants were ridiculously long in the middle and only wearable if I roll them at the top. I reached out to customer service, but they refused to issue a refund, saying they only refund for quality issues โ even though I made it clear that the quality was the problem. They offered me $14 for a $120 purchase, but that doesn't help since I can't wear the items at all. Avoid ordering from this company.
Defective Items and Poor Customer Service
I ordered from this company and both items arrived with defects. I tried to return them as their policy states, but got no response for a while. When they finally replied, they offered me a small refund and told me to keep the items โ completely ignoring their stated return policy. I wonโt be ordering from them again. Just a heads-up for others.
Horrible Return Policy and Costly Hassle
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They don't accept returns if the clothing doesnโt fit or if you donโt like how it fits. Even though the items are supposedly made in South Carolina, returns have to be sent to Dubai, and the shipping cost is much higher than the price of the clothes. I had to email them multiple times and argue just to get half of my money back. It was a huge hassle, and Iโll never buy from them again.
Unwearable Items and No Refunds

I reached out to customer service, but they refused to give me a refund, saying they only offer refunds for quality issues. Iโve clearly explained that the quality is the problem, but they still wouldnโt help. They offered me a $48 credit for a $160 purchase on items I canโt wear.
Bogus Company
I purchased three items on their site through Facebook. The website claims that the products are manufactured from South Carolina but they arrived in China. Their site promises refunds, however currently, they claim the refund only covers manufacturing issues. They won't pay my refund, with the exception of a acceptable return shipping cost to send the goods back. This is a fake company
Fitting Issue
The clothes were not fitting. Purchase was $92.97. They didn't send me an exchange label. I was offered the price of $6 so that I could keep the items. They won't let me return them. Following further investigation on the internet, many people were scammed.
Quality Mismatch
Purchased three shirts through the site. The quality of the shirts didn't match the images on-line. The company tried to convince us to claim a refund based on the inferior quality. That is the basis for the NNESI agreement. We were asked to return the goods at our expense to Dubai. They refused to give us the money back.
Refused to Refund
I placed an order for three T-shirts. I requested size 3x to fit the entire collection. I received two three xs. Third shirt didnt fit despite supposedly being correct size. Requested shipping label for return. Refused. They said it would be more to return. They refused to refund my money back. They were rude about it all. Do not buy from these guys. They're fly by night.
Fake Advertise
This business claims that they are located situated in South Carolina and the clothes are made from South Carolina. They are not the correct size, and they are much lower than what they claim to be. After I got the parcel, I noticed that the shipping label came from Joe Doe in NYC; but the mailer was covered by another label which indicated China. Although I had seen this business in Face Book and went onto the website on my computer and believed it to be legitimate.
False Advertising
The company's advertising is false as well as a poor size and extremely poor return policy. The clothes aren't made from South Carolina or in the USA. The label states China. The clothing sizing is tiny. Shipping is not accompanied by a returns label and no shipping address. If you receive a reply from the business, they'll provide you with a small portion of the cost and the garments will remain. If you insist and they'll eventually allow you to return the product back to the company at Dubai. They will charge you for return shipping charges, with the possibility of no reimbursement. Shipping to one of their warehouses within the US which they promote. The business operates under a variety of names, which include Nnesi, Valanio, Elogyy, Crigne and Tluse.
