Completely Unresponsive
I’ve been a long-time MODE user, affiliate, and supporter. For years, their service—especially customer support—was excellent. But about three months ago, everything changed. I started getting incorrect charges and didn’t receive items I was owed. I reached out multiple times with no response. Their 24/7 chat is always offline, affiliate and partner links are broken, sign-in pages are down, and even their corporate phone number is disconnected. At this point, there’s been zero contact for months, and it feels like they’ve just disappeared. Too many signs point to a shutdown or worse. If you’re still involved, now’s the time to cash out—this looks like the end.
No Way to Get Help
I had a few successful payouts at first, but this last experience was a dealbreaker. I got an email saying my payout was canceled and the points would be returned to my account—never happened. There’s no clear way to contact customer support, which makes it even more frustrating. The app is slow, glitchy, and asks for way too much access, including running over other apps. I’m done using it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
No Redemption – Beware!
I earned enough points for a $10 redemption, but they refused to pay, giving ridiculous excuses. This app is a scam. It’s clear they’ve set up a system to cheat users. I don’t understand why Google Play allows apps like this on their platform.
Avoid This Platform
This feels like a complete scam. The odds are outrageous—$4,000 to win $1? That’s not even close to fair. On top of that, the games are priced way above market value, so it’s clear someone’s pocketing the difference. The win rate is ridiculously low, and calling this a legitimate business is a stretch. And don’t even get me started on the sketchy crypto setup—that’s another mess entirely. I wouldn’t trust this platform at all.
Suspended for No Reason – Be Careful
I initially had a good experience with the Mode Earn app, as they paid well for my first reward. However, when it came to my second reward, my account was suddenly blocked/suspended for alleged fraud activity, without any email notifications or explanation. It seems they’re taking advantage of their terms and policies to avoid paying certain users. Be very cautious with your personal information and time, as this app is just another scam.
