    Customs Problems with UPS

    When shipping to India, most packages go through UPS Business Pvt Ltd, and they are very strict about airgun parts. They seized my Eagle magazine, even though PCP airguns are widely available in India without a license. Because of this, many people avoid ordering from your company. I recommend sending items like those from Huma.air or Bagnall & Kirkwood via Speed-Post instead. Customs checks these, but they usually release them quickly.

    Unreliable Delivery Despite Payment

    I placed and paid for an order that was supposed to be delivered to my address, but it was sent to a pickup point I didn’t choose. No one from the shipping company contacted me—they just dropped it off wherever they wanted. Because of this, I’m not sure I’ll order from this store again. I paid for home delivery, not for the inconvenience of picking it up myself.

    Poor Customer Service

    I ordered two shellholders because the price was low compared to the shipping costs, so I added more items to the order. All items were marked as "available." However, I waited 14 weeks for the delivery, even though it was supposed to arrive in 4 working days. When I received the package, there was no delivery note, and three items were missing. When I asked about it, I got a vague response saying I had to check the video surveillance of the packers. After a long wait, I was refunded, but I never received the items I wanted. These items are still marked as "in stock."

    Charged Twice for Shipping and Still Nothing

    I'm still dealing with this order, so it's hard to give a positive review. I was charged an unexpected $50 shipping fee after already paying in full. The item was supposedly shipped, but I never received it—and then had to pay another $50? It's been several days, and I still don’t have the product. Maybe I’ll update this if it ever arrives, but for now, it's one star—only because zero isn’t an option.

    Be Wary of Inconsistent Service

    I’ve spent thousands with this company over the past year, so I expected a certain level of service. I placed an order on a Tuesday night and paid extra for express shipping, hoping to have everything by the end of the week. The next day, Krale contacted me to let me know one of the items was out of stock. I responded right away with a replacement item, but then heard nothing for four days—despite sending multiple follow-up emails. Meanwhile, a friend of mine placed an order on Wednesday night, and it was delivered to his door the very next day. When I finally did get a response, they offered me a bag of BBs as compensation. I declined and asked if they could offer something more appropriate, but after that, they stopped replying and just shipped the order. Given how much I’ve spent with them, I really expected better treatment. Disappointed, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

    No Response to Missing Item

    The photo on the website didn’t match the equipment I received. The product displayed on Krale's homepage included an eye piece, but when the equipment arrived, the eye piece was missing. I contacted Krale to report the issue, but I have yet to receive a response.
