    Credit Card Imposter Scam

A woman named Tammy Turner saying she was an attorney representing Beckman and Associates stating I was in debt to a credit card in 2003. She said she'd file an order against me, take my assets into custody and then take my salary until the debt is paid completely. I received an email in which she said that if I had decided to pay it in full, she might reduce the amount due. Attached is a copy of her letter. The person who called me has called my personal phone multiple often throughout the day in addition to Sunday. The person has called my office as well as my husband's cell. My husband and I did not even have any husband until twenty years back.

    Scam Scam

I received a call from a number in the area (985-239-3835) and asked for my former husband of more than 23 years ago. They claimed they wanted to recover a debt. The caller informed me that I do not ever had contact with him and hasn't had since. Then they gave me an address and a number that I could contact to remove me from the list of references.

    This Is Scam!

They claimed that my father was owed more than $8000 by citibank back in the past 20 years but he's not even owned any credit card, let alone one for debit cards. They also claimed they'd settle it for $1800. When we demanded that they provide a copy of the original contract signed by them the past 20 years, they claimed they did not have the document! Then threatened to come after them through legal actions!

    Be Aware Very Huge Scam

The people who called me and my mother six times to threaten her, asking for me. They had all of my details including my social security number and address. They said I had to provide the 6000 bucks or they will take me to court and have sent me court documents. So when I called them to inquire about what they needed, I was told to leave... me. I left the line, but not before telling me the consequence of not being able to pay the bills. These people are scams, and you should not take it lightly every time my mother urged them to not to call her until she called them back they kept calling back, by claiming this was a loan that was owed in 2008, but when I stated it was 2024. I was informed that they had reopened my case. I've contacted the police as well as the media and also filed a complaint the people in question are extremely ruthless. Don't let any one fall for this scam.

    Legal Harm

My mom received a phone two times from this collection agency for debts, who threatened her physically and threatening an immediate lawsuit in the event she didn't pay the $75,000 to discharge a of a debt that was due in the year 2019. When I called, they were verbally abusive towards me, and a lot more threatening than what I've heard over the phone. The constant calls to hang up and yelling at me. I've reported them to FBI and the DOJ and the DOJ, and FTC and I'm still not done at this point. I'm going all the way to the end of planet to bring these criminals to justice. They are fraudsters. It isn't a genuine business, so don't believe them. They're trying get away with anything that will separate the money from you. Beware of answering the phone when it is from a phone number.

    Bogus Claim

They called me and said I was owed by my Bank of Delaware credit card $5,000.00. Never before have I had a Bank of Delaware and they were aware of all my personal information. They said I'd receive an order of a judge to cancel this card. So, I froze all of my credit reports. I contacted each Backmann and Associates I could discover and they gave me the claim number, but the claim is bogus! The actual law firms claimed that this is a fraud. I tried repeatedly to contact the fake company and they refused to take my calls anymore.
