Iāve had great experiences with Nookmart beforeāordering collections and villagers was smooth, and support was helpful. But using the DIY island was a disaster. After three hours, the host went offline and I lost everything. Staff gave me a new code and told me to start over. Almost done, but progress reset again when someone left the island. Support said it wasnāt their fault and didnāt offer real help, just mentioned the island time was unlimited. So far, Iāve spent 9 hours trying to get the items with no success, and the staff keeps blaming my internet. That said, the staff later updated me and gave me a voucher as an apology. Theyāre nice people and the program is good overall.
Disappointed by Rude Delivery Service
Iāve usually had good service, but today was disappointing. Chronixx delivered some items to my island, just dropped them off, and left without any greeting or thanks. No hello, no goodbyeānothing. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Itās just basic manners.
Super Quick Delivery
Glad I found this site. Prices are super reasonable, and the staff were kind and quickāmy order showed up at my island in under a minute. The site feels secure, and the live chat was helpful. Definitely recommend.
Problems with Access and DIYs
Everything went smoothly until I got kicked out. I was given a new code to rejoin, but when I got back, someone else was already in the same spot. I'm not sure if they share the code with other people when it's only paid for one. I also feel like I didnāt get access to all the DIYs, but other than that, everything else worked fine.
Deliveries have been great and usually go beyond expectations, but the island visits have been a letdown. Some catalog items were placed where I couldnāt reach them, like the tea sets behind the houses. As for DIYs, many I ālearnedā donāt show up in my recipes because I havenāt completed specific vacation island requirements. This means I canāt actually use them. I paid for access mainly because of features like counters and pillars, which I now canāt useāso it feels like a waste.
Great Service and Fast Delivery
Iāve had nothing but positive experiences with Nookmart. The staff are always polite and friendly, which makes a big difference. This time around, I placed an order and Iām really happy with what I received. The process was super fast, and they seem to have just about everything available from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Itās a great service overall. I was especially pleased to find some items that I had a hard time getting in the game. Definitely satisfied with my experience!
No Response and Missing Order
Iāve been trying for the past hour and a half to get ahold of someone. My order never arrived, and my gate is still open with nothing! Iāve sent multiple emails and used the chat on their website, but still NOTHING! My order wasnāt even a big one, yet I havenāt heard from anyone!!!
