Be Wary of Inconsistent Service
Iโve spent thousands with this company over the past year, so I expected a certain level of service. I placed an order on a Tuesday night and paid extra for express shipping, hoping to have everything by the end of the week. The next day, Krale contacted me to let me know one of the items was out of stock. I responded right away with a replacement item, but then heard nothing for four daysโdespite sending multiple follow-up emails. Meanwhile, a friend of mine placed an order on Wednesday night, and it was delivered to his door the very next day. When I finally did get a response, they offered me a bag of BBs as compensation. I declined and asked if they could offer something more appropriate, but after that, they stopped replying and just shipped the order. Given how much Iโve spent with them, I really expected better treatment. Disappointed, and Iโll be taking my business elsewhere.
No Response to Missing Item
The photo on the website didnโt match the equipment I received. The product displayed on Krale's homepage included an eye piece, but when the equipment arrived, the eye piece was missing. I contacted Krale to report the issue, but I have yet to receive a response.
