Rushed Evaluation and Disappointing Experience

I originally left a positive review, but I take it back after seeing how things were handled. I assumed my items would be properly evaluated, but the entire process from the time they arrived to when I got an offer took barely 15 minutes. There’s no way that’s enough time to carefully assess everything I sent in—it was a lot. Something doesn’t feel right. These items meant a lot to me, and I expected more care and respect in the process.

I sent my kit in mid-February and am still waiting for my payment to arrive. I understand there was a delay with the mail, but I selected PayPal as my preferred payment method and provided my PayPal information. For some reason, I was told they issued and mailed me a check instead, and I still haven't received it. I'm not happy with having to wait for my payment at all when it should have been quick and easily deposited into my PayPal. Yet, I'm STILL WAITING...

Would Not Recommend

I was really disappointed with my transaction. They lowballed me and didn’t give me even half of the value. Plus, they don’t provide a breakdown of the amount, so I had no idea how much I was getting for each item. I won’t be using Express Gold again, and for anyone considering it, I would recommend finding another place.
