Poor Paw Trim and Lack of Care
The nail trim was fine, but the paw trim was awful. It was uneven, and even after I asked Jay to fix it, it still wasn't done well. The whole process was rushed and lacked attention to detail. Oakleyโs paws were wet from the rain, and it wouldโve been nice if they had at least been wiped off before trimming. This is my second disappointing visit, and I wonโt be coming back.
Great Grooming Results
When I picked up my pup, he looked and smelled fresh and clean. His naturally fine hair was extra soft, and his nails were nicely trimmed. Heโs a very friendly dog who enjoys being around people, so I assume he wasnโt difficult to groom. Since I wasnโt present during the grooming, I canโt say exactly how it went. My only small hesitation is that heโs always eager to leave when I pick him upโbut that could just mean heโs excited for a nice walk afterward!
never disappointed with the care
I'm never disappointed with the care and attention given my dog. The dogs always show up on the day they are scheduled and stay contact via text messages regarding their ETA. There are times when they fall some way behind, but they never overly take too long.
The staff was friendly
The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. But they charge a ridiculous amount. More than $170 for grooming the 15lb dog, with mats for the tail and tummy.
It is my preference
I'm not convinced why you didn't reply to my inquiry. In fact, I went over the items I requested with the groomer prior to my visit and she did not give me your neatly packaged package that you mentioned even though she could be charging it in that manner. It is my preference that you get in touch with me directly.
Most of the time, I have a wonderful encounter, but my dog returned with cuts on the legs of both. Nobody informed us about them, so we looked for these in our own
Ginger and Lexi, were gorgeous after getting groomed
Overall, both canines, Ginger and Lexi, were gorgeous after getting groomed. But Lexi is my wife's service dog, and I requested that she be cut long, especially in her legs, since Lexi is there to offer peace to my wife whenever needed, by allowing my wife to splay her hands through the fur of Lexi. I also gave the groomer a picture of the length she wanted her hair to be; however, the moment I took her home, her legs and body were cut shorter (her facial and tails were left as long as the doodle cut I wanted). I was informed that she was surrounded by numerous mats and needed to be cut shorter, yet she's always come out of the groomer with a longer coat than she did previously.
