    Incomplete communication

    No one answers the telephone and does not respond to messages or email messages. I'm waiting for my installation. There was no confirmation for me or proof of my order. I'm a client already and have previously received outstanding customer service. But now, no one seems to be paying attention. The last call I got was for a scheduled installation. I called them back, and they emailed me. Nothing. I've been waiting 11 days for the last call for a meeting. I won't ever use their services again nor refer anyone I already know.

    One of the most unprofessional companies I've been dissatisfied to work with. Five months have passed and my blinds still in the process of being completed, and half-installed. Overpriced to the max. Unprofessional. Customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone, or answer a phone. They always say you should receive your blinds delivered from the manufacturer in just a couple of days, but it took over two months. Nine weeks after they failed to correctly install my blinds I was told that why the new blinds weren't available was because they had been ordered only several days prior. Following a problem with installation, they waited two months to get the proper product, yet they deceived me each time I called.

    no samples came in within two weeks

    I have used the company before with great outcomes. But about a month ago, I attended a zoom consultation for windows that were being renovated. Insufficient follow-up by the consultant but no samples came in within two weeks. I needed to call the consultant and inquire about the status " delayed" still no samples until a week after. Another time I phoned " told it would take up to 4 weeks".It has been 6 weeks since the initial call and I haven't received any samples so I am working with a different firm with the same concept drawn up, as well as fabrics samples have been sent. The 3K sale was not sold.

    It's probably not the norm

    My rating has been updated from a single star to three stars. The entire time for me to have my blinds put in was one year. There were numerous inefficiencies and a complete lack of communication throughout the entire procedure. In the end, Stoneside did everything they could to address the problems. It's probably not the norm and it certainly was not my encounter. Blinds finally were fitted; they are lovely and I'm happy.

    a fantastic job of installing

    Jason was a brilliant collaborator on the design as well as Anthony was extremely efficient and considerate throughout the whole setup process.Knocking one star to the app that is mediocre that is this "hub" solution. It took a long time for my account to connect and certain shades have a better response in comparison to other shades. The shades themselves aren't noisy and Anthony has done a fantastic job of installing them.

    the best time getting a service scheduled

    We've been using Stoneside for several years and always been pleased. Customer Service was going through various pandemic related or issues with staff training this time which meant that we didn't have the best time getting a service scheduled. They eventually got it resolved the issue and Joe personally arrived to assist with the repairs needed (free at no cost) and another one that showed to the rescue at the very last moment! Always on time and we appreciate Joe's dedication to the smallest of details and his friendly customer service.
