I was browsing the internet and saw an advertisement on Macy's offering a sofa at 35 dollars. I took a look at the couch and saw the secure purchase hyperlink. The price was 49.98 plus the shipping. After I checked my bank statements, i saw the withdrawal amount but it wasn't a mention of Macys it was a point Of Sale Withdrawal / ISTADRESS FASHION Fashionistadrrous -$49.98. After that, I got an email from Macys telling me that the sofa was going to be delivered within 3 days. I checked each day to see whether I would get a tracking number, but it said that the sofa was not being shipping. Then I received an email stating that it had been sent with a tracking code. If I click on the tracking number, it says the website is not available. My bank has now said that i have made a payment of 498.67 by using my pin.

The order was placed on 02-01-2024 and I have not got a confirmation number, and I am unable to access the website that I purchase from. The order was placed through BIG-LOTS and was able to find a different company when I entered my credit card details. I haven't received any items and cannot reach any person who is at the address. Contacted Walmart to inquire about the issue that they had check with the person I purchased from and they wouldn't return the item.

I had to file a complaint against my credit card company! If you've placed an order for something make sure you contact your credit card company ASAP and make a claim!
The company also accepted my .oney and also an order I put in on. Dec. 28, 2023, for 60.00 The company sent me an order confirmation number. They received my payment for my purchase and told me that they was due to be delivered in three days. However, I haven't heard anything however when I go their email and website site, I was told that both the site as well as the email are unavailable. Hopefully, my bank is able to retrieve my funds.
