Onlt Email Conversation
It was only possible to communicate via email. Delivery confirmation was not received, however the delivery was made to California as I reside in Nebraska. The email response said they'd examine the issue. Following a few emails, they promised to send the item back. The whole process began in December. I requested a reimbursement but have not received a item or refund.
Bad Customer Service
The store was running sales on these and that allowed you to purchase four pairs! I returned my order in the first the second half of December. Now, when I go to follow my order, it's closed. I've tried emailing them but however they don't respond to my messages.
Fraud Alert
I stumbled across an ad on Facebook for Hey Dude Shoes featuring a discount occasion for Christmas. I visited Facebook to the shop that I picked it up of the store's appearance. The store was not unusual on the store's website. It only got weird after I received the confirmation email. The email has tracking, so I didn't worry. However, the tracking indicated that it was delivered in California and I'm sure that wasn't my intended address.
Unresponsive
If you click "order details" or "visit store" it redirects you to pop-upshops.top for a short time, then you get an error message: The site cannot be reached. If you click Order tracking RG017436955CN it takes you to https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=RG017436599CN. After that, it states that the webpage isn't responsive, close or load.
