Fake Shipping
They're crooks! They are using a fake shipping address from the US and then the item arrives with a broken product! It's not an easy thing to deal with, and they insist on shipping the junk back, regardless of the fact that it's a waste and ineffective. The books are shipped from China and are a long way to reach you. DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Avoid Using These!
This is a fraud. I received a shoddy product of poor quality and they offered 20% of a refund, or compensation for shipping to CHINA! The fact that it is China has not been made clear that is the location of the factory. The return postage label on the package indicates New York. It is still a battle with the company for a larger refund, but I think 30 percent is what they're going to offer. I'm so disappointed. The idea was to make this an ornament for Christmas to my mother. Learn from my mistakes!
Refused to Refund
I received a subpar item that was difficult to read. The company refused to give me with a refund, until I paid for shipping the item back to China. I sent a photo to them. They only offered me a credit of $43 in the event that I pay with a return shipping orderto China.
