The 3rd day I received a warning to come at home in order to complete the legal paperwork. If I do not call the number 855-994-0876 mentioned in the email the message will be deemed not to be delivered and taken to my workplace to be delivered. A different person calls me with my name, and says "this will be Tom Hanley calling us because we haven't been contacted by you in case you are home, so we may deliver legal documents that need to be completed. If we do not receive a response from you the delivery will be made at your residence and, if you aren't home and we'll consider it an not deliverable and will take it to the address you work at. Call 855-994-0876 in case you have to change the delivery date. If it's any sort of collection issue it is best to be identifying their business and not contacting under "restricted" I'd say. The message doesn't even mention any company within the text message and must be responsible.

I got the exact message as mentioned above ... "David Adams calling in reference to a pending claim ... I have to make you aware that the filing will become public record soon. Please be available with identification at both your home and job tomorrow. If I can't locate you a direct refusal to comply will be set on your behalf" ... there's a blah and Blah, blah" This is a ploy to induce terror. They need to be shut down!

I'm required to inform you aware that once the claim is made in the public domain as well as your any other information that is associated in this case, you must contact the person who filed. I may show up at your work or home to present your documents. You have the option of contacting the person who filed the claim. Their number is 855-994-0876. Good fortune that you have been informed.
